AISI 420(AmericanIron andSteelInstitute)- martensitic stainless steel rich in carbon0.15%and containing min.12%chromium. In the annealed state, it has good ductility and excellent corrosion resistance. AISI 420 grade has the highest chromium content of all stainless steels,12-14%,and a hardness in the range of52 -55 HRC.
Blade-Clip Pointtype, slim and sharp, finished impressively inMirror Finish.Plain blade is led out with concave grind (Hollow Grind) providing geometry and strength and allowing effective and deep cuts. On the back of the blade, a convenient ramp (spine) positions the thumb, gives solid support and makes it easier to operate the folder. Handle- covered with textured, heat-resistant,hardened red ABScasing. The profiled cutouts under the fingers increase the grip even with wet hands. In the back of the handle was placed a gap for attaching asecurity cord.
