3Cr13MoV – martensitic tool stainless steel, 13.0% chromium (Cr) content with excellent hardness and strength By adding 1.0% manganese (Mn), 0.6% nickel (Ni) and 1.0% silicon (Si) to 3Cr13, an improvement in strength and hardness in the range of 52-55 HRC was achieved. Easy to sharpen, widely used in the manufacture of knives, scissors and medical equipment
Blade – drop point type finished with elegant Satin finish. The generous belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife in combination with the concave grind (Hollow Grind) gives excellent cutting properties. The blade is set on Teflon washers supporting the work of the opening mechanism, thanks to which the folder can be efficiently unfolded with the push of a button. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. The whole is locked with a proven button lock.
Handle – beveled facings of black aluminum. The surface of the covers contoured for improved grip. Open-backed design fixed with steel spacer sleeves reduces weight and facilitates cleaning. The back of the handle has a lanyard hole, which is a hole for a safety or decorative cord. The blade’s opening button is hidden in a small recess, which protects the knife from accidental opening. A single-position right-side metal clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in the tip-up position (with the tip of the blade up).
Case – a snap-fastened nylon case is included for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
