COL-7MIC (COLibri) is a classic fixed-blade hunting knife with a full-tang design from the renowned Spanish brand Muela. Expertly crafted, it is perfect for collectors, hunting enthusiasts, and those who value an active lifestyle. Made from durable molybdenum-vanadium (MoVa) steel, it combines functionality with elegant design.
X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) is a high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel alloyed with molybdenum and vanadium, offering excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Commonly used in the production of knives, high-quality cutlery, and surgical tools, it boasts a relatively high hardness of 56–58 HRC for stainless steel. Its chemical composition is enriched with 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), and 0.20% vanadium (V).
Blade – featuring a Drop Point profile with a 2.9 mm thickness, the blade offers excellent mechanical properties and long-lasting edge retention. The plain-edge blade is ground with a hollow grind for precision cutting. The Satin Finish (semi-matte) minimizes reflections. A brass guard at the base of the blade ensures hand protection during use.
Handle – ergonomically contoured to provide an excellent grip during use. The black scales are crafted from waterproof micarta, ensuring durability in various conditions. The bolster and rivets securing the scales are made from high-nickel brass, adding both strength and elegance. A lanyard hole at the rear of the handle allows for the attachment of a strap or safety cord.
Sheath– extended design that protects the blade along with part of the handle. Hand-stitched and crafted from natural brown leather, featuring the embossed company logo. The edges are sewn with decorative thread. Designed for vertical carry, the sheath can be attached to a belt or gear for convenient transport.
