Mushroom Olive 190mm, a folding knife for mushroom pickers with a mushroom cleaning brush from Antonini Old Bear. Equipped with Hawkbill profiled main blade, brush for cleaning mushrooms from needles and soil. Walnut handle grips.
AISI 420(American Iron and Steel Institute) – martensitic stainless steel rich in carbon 0.15% and containing min. 12% chromium. In the annealed state, it has good ductility and excellent corrosion resistance. The AISI 420 grade has the highest chromium content of all stainless steels at 12-14% and a hardness in the 52 -56 HRC range.
Blade- withHawkbillprofile, 2.0 mm thick. Plain type blade was derived with a full flat grind, which, combined with the slight thickness of the blade, provides above-average cutting properties. The knife is opened with a notch on the wedge (Nail Nick). The blade has been finished with an elegant satin finish.
Handle- simple, made of a single piece ofolivewoodwith a beautiful deep color. For protection against moisture, the handle has been oiled. Ergonomic profiling of the grip does not cause fatigue during prolonged use. The easy-to-use patented lock – a metal fixed safety ring – located in the brass handle ferrule allows you to lock the knife with one hand, even when wearing gloves. At the end of the handle there is a brush for cleaning mushrooms from needles and soil.
