The CIVIVI M2 Backup Tan G10, Satin is a design by American knifemaker Alex Weese who learned from world knifemaking legend Bob Terzuoli. This handy and powerful fixed blade knife has a full tang construction with an ergonomic handle and a utility blade that provides optimal edge geometry. An exceptional E.D.C. knife made of very good materials at an attractive price.

D2 – high carbon tool steel blade with a touch of chromium. The combination of strength, excellent edge retention and easy sharpening. It is characterized by high hardness in the range of 59-61 HRC and abrasion resistance.
Blade – satin finished drop point blade with incredibly sharp tip. The perfect full length cutting edge provides exceptional cutting performance with full force, transferring power to the tip of the blade for better point strength. The small thickness of the blade combined with the high Hollow Grind gives cutting characteristics almost on the level of a razor. To facilitate sharpening, the cutting edge begins with a small notch.
Handle – non-slip textured facings made of G10 composite (fiberglass compressed with synthetic resin) in sand color, attached to the tang with Hidden Pins. Simple, solid construction guarantees many years of use. The set includes black kydex scabbard, which thanks to Tek-Lok clip can be attached to the belt or equipment. Hidden place at the back of the scabbard creates a lanyard hole, a place to thread a safety or decorative cord (included).
