Black Damascus – Damascus stainless steel blade with unique pattern. Finished with Black Hand Rubbed method, hand rubbed black damascus. Blade composed of two different types of steel, forged and assembled together in different ways obtaining this amazing pattern. It is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC.
Blade – drop point type. The thick belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards a needle-sharp tip. The high, concave Hollow Grind provides powerful slicing performance while the aggressively hollow drop point is suitable for piercing and precision work. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the blade’s opening mechanism, which can be opened in two ways, with a double-sided pin in the blade or a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). Thumb ramp, a notched ramp under the thumb and Finger choil, a notch under the index finger for ease of use. All locked with proven liner lock.
Handle – made of exotic Cuibourtia wood. Smooth surface of the facings with perceptible texture improving grip security. The whole is mounted to steel liners. To reduce weight, both sides were screwed together using steel spacers. The simplicity and solidity of the construction ensure many years of use. The pivot is decorated with a stylized logo of Civivi brand. Two-position left/right metal deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position. Above the clip there is a lanyard hole for attaching the safety cable.
Carrying case – comes with an elegant nylon soft pouch to carry and store the knife, decorated with the brand’s corporate logo.
