Heckler & Koch MP7A1 SD is a break-barrel spring-powered air rifle modeled after the MP7 submachine gun, widely used by special forces worldwide.

The air rifle features a
compact and versatile design, combining elements of both a pistol and a carbine. It is equipped with an
adjustable stock that locks in three positions and a
dummy suppressor, which enhances the ease of cocking the spring. The body includes
three Picatinny rails for mounting shooting accessories.

The frame, forearm, and grip are made from
durable polymer, while key components such as the
inner barrel, trigger mechanism, safety, and
stock guides are crafted from metal. The air rifle is
lightweight and compact (1920 g) with an adjustable stock that locks in three different positions, allowing for better customization to the shooter’s preference.

The propulsion system utilizes a
traditional spring-piston mechanism, where air compression is achieved by breaking the barrel. A solid
steel latch securely locks the barrel after cocking. The rifle fires
4.5 mm diabolo pellets with a maximum energy output of 7.5 J. Its
precision-rifled barrel and low-resistance trigger mechanism ensure high shooting accuracy.

A
dummy suppressor is mounted on the barrel, aiding in cocking the spring while giving the air rifle a military-style aesthetic. The Picatinny rails allow the attachment of a
red dot sight, flashlight, and a
laser aiming device. The trigger mechanism can be engaged or disengaged via an
ambidextrous safety.
