BF2 CD Black Aluminum, Black MIL-C is a universal, lightweight folding knife at 142 g, easy to carry of Extrema Ratio’s Basic Folder series. It is both an excellent tool and a highly efficient full-size folder. Designed for professional use by uniformed services, it also performs well as an E.D.C. knife.
N690- corrosion-resistant, high-carbon1.07%(C), martensitic chromium steel17.30%(Cr) with molybdenum1.10%(Mo), vanadium0.10%(V) and cobalt1.50%(Co) for structural uniformity. Features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Blade – an extremely sharp Drop Point with a pronounced belly, coated with a scratch-resistant, non-reflective matte MIL-C-13924 BURNISHING finish. The smooth Plain edge is crafted with a flat grind, providing durability, excellent cutting edge geometry, and extreme cutting performance. It features a dual-sided Thumb Stud for easy opening. Two-stage blade lock: a robust Liner-Lock mechanism combined with an additional manual lock.
Handle- stainless steel liners and anodized aluminum scales provide both lightness and structural durability. The open-back design simplifies cleaning and maintenance. A robust, ambidextrous, bridge-shaped metal clip allows for discreet deep-pocket carry in thetip-up position(blade tip facing up). The clip also serves as a convenient thumb rest, especially for users who prefer a reverse grip.
