The Mikro 2 Black G10, Stonewashed, an incredibly handy and easy-to-carry ultra-light 40g E.D.C. knife with a fixed blade. It features a strong, short blade with a straight cutting edge that is extremely versatile and a sheath suitable for pocket or neck / neck knife. Designed for self-defense and small jobs. Designed by Danish knifemaker Jesper Voxnaes.
M390 Microclean – martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to its alloy concept, it has extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it adequately maintains the shape of the edge, so the blade stays sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another of the advantages is resistance to the formation of „wire” during sharpening. The steel has a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) doped with 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), and is hardened between 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter’s CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade – Sheepsfoot type with a straight cutting edge and a convex, rapidly descending ridge, finished in Stone Washed method. Plain blade brought out with a Full Flat Grind. Finger choil, a deep undercut for the index finger between the handle and the cutting edge, facilitates control of the knife and protects the fingers from slipping on the blade.
Handle – smooth polished carbon fiber (Carbon Fiber) facings. Screwed directly to the steel, they provide a virtually indestructible design. All clad knives are equipped with a 6/8 Torx key screwdriver, which allows you to remove the covers and convert the knife into a skeletonized handle version. The unique ergonomics allow the knife to be held both ways. On the back of the handle an enlarged lanyard hole, a hole for a rope.
Sheath – lightweight with double magnetic clasp for wearing around the neck (with leather thong included) or in a pocket. Adapted for both right and left-handed people.
