D2 – high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 58-60 HRC. With a high chromium (Cr) content of 13.0%, it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. A combination of strength, excellent edge retention and easy sharpening. Characterized by high abrasion resistance thanks to the high carbide content in the microstructure.
Blade – sheepsfoot type, finished with elegant satin finish. The thickness of the blade ensures high strength, while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings ensure that the blade opens smoothly and easily. The hole in the blade allows left- and right-handed people to open the knife without any problems. Upper jimping, a corrugated thumb rest, on the back of the blade. Proven Liner Lock locking mechanism.
Handle – grips made of G10 composite, a material with extremely high mechanical strength and virtually complete resistance to weather conditions and chemicals, textured for improved grip, screwed to the steel frame of the knife. The open-backed design without a typical backspacer, attached to each other with steel spacers, facilitates cleaning. The simple, reliable design ensures many years of use. The forefinger groove improves grip. The pivot axis is decorated with a stylized manufacturer’s logo. The two-position (right and left) metal deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in a tip-up position (with the tip of the blade up). Above the clip, there is a lanyard hole, a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
