Misericordia Black Warfare No 133/500 LE. Limited Editionfor the company’s 25th anniversary, limited to 500 pieces, knife numbered 133. A slim, ultra-light 87 g tactical knife, it can be used both as a main and backup knife. Regular version on the equipment of the Italian special unit The 4th Alpine Ranger, Paratrooper Regiment, which helped develop and test the knife.

N690 – corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C), martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V) and cobalt 1.50% (Co) for structural uniformity. Features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. It achieves a hardness of 57-60 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Blade – sharp with Spear Point profile, 4 mm thick with a blood groove (making the knife even lighter) and a ¾-long false blade that increases piercing properties. Blade is coated a non-reflective Black Warfarecoating in a laserGeotech Camopattern. On the back of the blade a short notched thumb rest (upper jimping). At the base of the blade a single-sided notched hilt to protect the hand.

Handle – covered with FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon) plastic facings, fiberglass reinforced nylon. Finished with a large back ring / tail ring / pommel ring with a multifunctional skull crusher spike. Precisely contoured ring allows the use of martial arts techniques, can be used to strike specific points on the body, allows a solid grip preventing the knife from slipping when the going gets tough.

Sheath – when designing the knife for professional use, great emphasis was placed on ease of carrying and retrieval. The openwork holster makes it easy to dry the blade and keeps the knife from falling out (snap). The trigger-like snap allows quick, instinctive drawing of the knife. A system of two adjustable multi-position clamps allows quick attachment of the sheath under the straps of the M.O.L.L.E. system.

Fodero Kydex BLK – optional kydex sheath. equipped with two fabrics with male Velcro on one side and female Velcro on the other, used to carry a concealed knife between a bulletproof vest and magazine holder. The sheath also offers belt attachment with the separately sold Belt Clip Black, a clip for carrying the holster on the belt.
