CPM S30V – the blade is made of manufactured in the process of Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) corrosion-resistant, mechanical stress-resistant American powder steel with a hardness of 58-59 HRC with added carbon, chromium and vanadium. This unique steel is designed for the production of high-quality blades. Manufactured at steel mills Crucible Inc.
Compression-Lock – (similar to Liner-Lock) patented by the company Spyderco (Made in USA) head locking mechanism. Extremely durable, provides extreme strength and ease of use. Located on the back of the handle, it secures the knife against inadvertent closure. When releasing the lock, fingers are not in the path of the folding head.
Head – Steepfoot (sheep’s foot) with a clearly marked blade belly. Othatch Plain, was brought out with a grind full flat (full flat) providing impressive low-friction edge geometry. Round cutout SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) to open the blade.
