Design by Gianni Pauletta, owner and CEO of the company LionSteel. Since he was young, Gianni decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and make the lionSTEEL brand known worldwide. M390 – head made of the highest quality modern powder steel, with extremely high resistance to corrosion and abrasion. High-chromium vanadium-doped steel with hardness 60-61 HRC. Manufactured in an Austrian smelter Böhler-Uddeholm.
SlipJoint – „no lock” non-blocking mechanism used in folders. Uses spring-loaded pressure on the flat notch on the back of the blade to keep the blade open during use. Slip Joint holds the wedge in both the folded and unfolded positions. No excessive force is required to fold / unfold the knife.
Head – of profile Clip Point provides excellent cutting edge geometry. Plain blade Plain brought out full flat grind (Full Flat Grind), which perfectly presents a satin blade finish. Blade opened with nail nick, double-sided notch on the wedge.
Handle – decorate bolsters and liners z titanium 6AI4, to which are attached adding elegance lightweight cladding carbon fiber (carbon fiber).
