Opis
Esprit Titanium is another limited-edition folding EDC knife, designed by one of the most interesting knife makers of the young generation, Ray Laconico.
Blade – drop point type was made of CPM-20CV steel, currently one of the best tool steels in the world. To facilitate sharpening, the beginning of the cutting edge begins with a small choil. The applied flat grind gives us cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. On the back we find perfectly made „jimping”, notches on which we can put our finger to improve grip and control over the knife during use. The blade was finished with „satin” method.
Opens with front flipper, so it can be used by left and right-handed people. For the traditionalists, opening by means of a double-sided pin in the blade is provided. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for smooth operation of the opening mechanism. The entire mechanism is locked with a proven and popular frame lock with a steel insert protecting against wiping the lock face.
Handle is made of solid titanium 6AL4V with „orange peel” texture. Both facings were screwed together creating a simple and solid construction. Clip type deep carry, one-position (right), made of titanium, allows you to carry the knife in tip-up position. The titanium backspacer has a place to thread a safety or decorative cord around one of the spacer sleeves. As in other models, the pivot is decorated with a stylized manufacturer’s logo.
Case – the knife is packed in a zippered nylon soft pouch with the brand logo for safe carrying and storage of the folder.
