Elijah Isham is an accomplished designer and knifemaker who designed for WE Knife their flagship model, the Eschaton, which began the company’s fame in the knife industry. Arrakis is a return to the designs that leave no one indifferent, you just love them or hate them at first sight. Of course, like almost all WE Knives, it is uncompromisingly made from the best materials. The drop point blade is made of Bohler M390 steel, currently one of the best tool steels in the world. Opens with a flipper, so it can be easily used by left and right handed people. It can also be opened by means of holes in the blade. Ceramic ball bearings ensure smooth operation of the opening mechanism. To facilitate sharpening, the beginning of the cutting edge begins with a small choil. The small thickness of the blade in combination with the high, flat grind gives us cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. The blade was finished in „Black Stonewashed, Satin Flat” method. The entire blade is locked with a proven and popular frame lock with a steel insert that prevents the lock face from rubbing off.
The handle is a show off of both designer and artist. Made of a single piece of titanium, milled on 3D digital machine. Also titanium facings finished in „flamed ti” technique screwed directly to the handle. Single-position (right) clip, made of titanium, allows carrying the knife in tip-up position. As in other models, the pivot is decorated with a stylized logo of the manufacturer.
An elegant pouch for carrying/storing the knife is included.
